How an offer appears to your customer

The offer is part of the scan flow, so you do not have to hand out codes yourself. It appears at the end, after the customer has copied their review and opened Google to post it.

1. The customer scans your QR, picks a rating, and copies the AI-written review.
2. They tap through to Google to post it.
3. On their return, your active offer is shown as a reward.
4. If you chose to collect details, they enter their name, phone, or email, and then the coupon code is revealed.
5. If you collect nothing, the code is revealed instantly.

The customer notes the coupon code and shows it on their next visit. Anyone who entered their details to claim the offer appears on your Leads page.
